Our company ensures the set up of Water Makers atmospheric water generators on behalf of its customers.

Our support is a guarantee of tranquility and smooth operation for our clients.

A Water Makers commissioning service is necessary and mandatory, to allow it to start.

We will achieve:

• The supply, the laying and installation of the 2 rails supporting the Water Maker with its 4 fixing studs.
• The connection of the Water Makers to the Customer’s energy source.
• Commissioning and adjustment of Water Makers equipment (antenna, filters…).
• The start of the Water Makers.

We carry out alone or with the help of local professionals the annual maintenance of the Water Makers.

Maintenance is required during the first 12 years of the Water Maker.

Beyond 12 years, additional maintenance will be offered to the Customer.

The maintenance contract includes:

• Labor for conventional maintenance operations during the first 12 years.
• The supply of major equipment for the first 2 years via the Manufacturer’s warranty (exchangers, compressors, variable speed drives, fans, etc.).
• Technical assistance.
• Remote maintenance from our control post in LYON, FRANCE.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Repair interventions on site if necessary (maximum number : 2 planned per year).
• Each additional intervention will be subject to additional costing.

Water Maker training is provided for workers (at least 2 people trained per machine).

This training provides the knowledge necessary for the use of the atmospheric water production machine for its daily use.
